Description: Marcin Engineering successfully provided all the civil engineering, land surveying, platting, and assisted in the entitlement of this project. Work included the design of the sewer, water, and grading of steep slopes. Parking and ADA access were also important considerations. Another success was the design, bidding, and construction management of the acceleration/ declaration lanes, which were completed on time with limited change orders.
